All online orders are packed and shipped from Co. Dublin, Ireland.

Academy Nutrition offers shipping throughout the entirety of Ireland and Europe.

For Ireland shipping costs are as follows:

Orders under €60 = €5.00

Orders between €60 - €80 = €2.95

Orders over €80 = Free

Shipping costs will always be worked on to provide you with the lowest cost and best service. With shipping and products increased in pricing resulting in lower product margins whilst being kept at or near the same retail pricing, the decision had to be made to increase the minimum spend amount for free shipping to €80. Whilst the minimum spend has increased for free shipping, the shipping cost now for orders between €60 - €70 has dropped to €2.95 previously being €5 under €70.

For Northern Ireland shipping costs are as follows:

Orders under €80 = €5.00

Orders over €80 = Free

Ireland orders are delivered primarily by AnPost.

During seasonal periods when online traffic increases with the potential of shipping delays other courier services may be used to continue to offer the most efficient service.

Ireland orders are delivered on a next working day basis once processed but may take up to 2 working days if orders are placed after 1pm IST.

During busy seasonal periods such as Black Friday & leading up to Christmas, orders may take longer to arrive depending on how efficient the couriers are dealing with high parcel volumes .

Customers will always be informed if delays do arise or will be known to occur.

All orders will receive a tracking number upon fulfilment through the email you have provided which can be used to see the location of your parcel.

We advise that you make an account and also provide your contact number when filling out the delivery information in case the courier needs to make contact with you in regards to your parcel.

Orders to European countries are primarily sent through UPS being the lowest pricing at current now that Europe shipping has resumed.

If you are located in a country that is not listed above and would like to place an order then please get in touch via the contact form or email icon below in the footer menu.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unopened unless damaged or defective. 

You will then have 14 days to return the goods once this information has been received & the product is eligible for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@academynutrition.com and inform us of the reason in wish you want to return and item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as protein bars, flapjacks, energy drinks etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Paypal orders will generally be refunded at a quicker rate than traditional bank requests.
